• Clients: This section is used to support program case management, including intake, action planning and tracking client outcomes.
• Programs: This module identifies the OFIFC programs available through the Friendship Centre. Activities can be created and associated with those programs.
• Reporting: This module supports quarterly program reporting.
• Finance: This module is tailored to the financial activities associated with financial reporting, budgets, and payments.
• FC Profile: This module includes information about the Friendship Centre, such as address information, board information and non-OFIFC programs.
Depending on your role, you may see a reduced list of modules.
In each module, you will see a new module-specific navigation display at the top of the page to help you navigate within that area.

The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC) represents the collective interest of 29 Friendship Centres in cities and towns across the province. The purpose of the OFIFC is to further the aims and objectives of member Friendship Centres.Friendship Centres are places for Indigenous people living in urban spaces to gather, connect with one another and receive culturally based programs and services.
Friendship Centres improve the lives of urban Indigenous people by supporting self-determined activities which encourage equal access to, and participation in, Canadian society while respecting Indigenous Cultural distinctiveness.
